This is particularly the case where the contract contains restrictions
on your ability to compete with or work for the competitors of the
employer after the contract has terminated (known as ‘restrictive
covenants’ or ‘restraint of trade’ clauses). Such
clauses often impose unfair restraints on employees and advice on
the enforceability of such clauses can often prove to be a valuable
asset.

and, if necessary, correspond with your employer and re-negotiate
unfair terms on your behalf.
