limitation. The wording of the letter complies with the civil
procedure rules of England and Wales.
2. By using this service, no retainer of contract is created
between you and your business (if applicable) and McKinnells
solicitors or any member, partner, employee or agent thereof.
3. By submitting information to us you agree that we may
contact you or your business (if applicable), to discuss the
details that you have passed to us, at any stage in the future
either by email, post or telephone and to provide you with
information about our services.
4. All letters are to be sent by you pursuant to the information
you provide. All letters are sent at your own risk. We do
not accept any responsibility for any inaccuracies contained
in the information provided to your debtor nor do we make
any representation or warranties in respect of the recoverability
of the debt or the merits of your claim of entitlement to
the debt.
5. Any further work that you may require us to carry out
for you (including advising on any response to the letter
or taking further action) is subject to our standard terms
and conditions of business, agreement of fees and taking your
formal instructions.
