John is a solicitor specialising in commercial law and commercial
property. He has been in the legal profession for over 12
years and qualified as a Solicitor in 2004.
His work ranges from acting for Landlords or Tenants in negotiating
and completing business leases to dealing with the sale and
purchase of commercial property and advising on the acquisition
of a range of businesses. John also looks after a number of
farming clients and has long experience in matters such as
agricultural tenancies.
John seeks to offer a friendly and approachable service together
with clear and practical advice. He feels that it is important
to understand and focus on the client’s objectives and
assess all the possible ways of achieving them.
Married with a young daughter, John spends much of my time
away from work relaxing with his family and also enjoys listening
to music, walking and bird watching.
