Lisa works in the Crime Department as a Solicitor,
assisting with all aspects of criminal law. Her Training Contract
included seats in Residential Conveyancing (previous firm),
as well as Employment and Litigation, and she qualified as
a Solicitor in March 2011. Lisa is also a Duty Solicitor,
qualified under the Law Society’s Criminal Litigation
Scheme. She represents clients both at the Police Station
(following their arrest), and at the Magistrates Court.
Lisa is committed to always working in the
best interests of the client, and has been throughout each
of the areas of law she has trained in. Legal proceedings
are often very daunting, and she appreciates that providing
regular updates to clients is important. It is essential that
clients can be confident that they are not alone, and that
they can approach us with any query (however small).
Lisa enjoys living in Lincolnshire (however flat the countryside
may be!). When she is not at work, Lisa likes to spend time
with family and friends. She also enjoys trying to pick up
bits of different languages on her travels. Lisa likes listening
to music and also going to watch live bands.
Client Feedback
"I am very grateful to you and your firm for your
help in the past few months. There is no word to describe
my gratitude to you and your colleagues. I can't repay you
for what you have done, but in my heart I cannot forget Lisa
who represented me with enthusiasm and hard work."
"Would just like to say a big thank you to Lisa
and the two barristers that represented me. I couldn't have
asked for nicer people and to be represented in such a good
way. I appreciate it. Many thanks."
"At all times I was treated with compassion and
understanding. Jane and Lisa were my two guardian angels."
