Paul deals with all aspects of Personal Injury work. He has
extensive experience of representing injured Claimants under
“No Win, No Fee” agreements and, together with
his team, acts for Claimants across the East Midlands.
Paul believes in giving clear and honest advice, making a
process that can be daunting, easy to understand. He is well
regarded for being approachable and for his ability to obtain
the maximum compensation for his clients as swiftly as possible.
Paul has considerable experience of licensing matters. He
has acted upon a variety of applications under the Licensing
Act 2003 and upon appeal to the Magistrates Court. He has
also represented clients under investigation for alleged breaches
of Licence conditions.
In his younger days Paul was a regular advocate in the criminal
courts. In 1994 he became one of the first solicitors in the
country to be awarded the qualification of Solicitor-Advocate
within the Higher Criminal Courts.
In 2008, Paul was appointed as an Assistant Deputy Coroner
and regularly sits in that capacity.
Away from work, Paul is interested in wildlife, sport and
photography.
