Stuart deals with all aspects of Family Law. He believes
in the importance of trying to resolve family cases in a constructive
and conciliatory way whenever possible. He is committed to
giving his clients straightforward, easily understood and
practical advice.
Whilst encouraging conciliation and mediation, Stuart has
extensive experience in successfully representing clients
in difficult contested court cases, both those involving children
including care cases as well as financial disputes. He is
qualified as a Solicitor/ Advocate with the same rights of
audience as barristers in all courts up to the Supreme Court
and is also a member of the Law Society Children Panel and
Resolution.
As well as being the Lincolnshire representative on the Law
Society Council, Stuart has a long association with the Lincoln
University Law School and chairs the Lincoln Child Contact
Centre Management Committee.
